Meet James Abel, Field Technician in Pleasanton, Texas.

Since joining the Flogistix team a little over a year ago, James has embraced a role where no two days look the same. From troubleshooting equipment and supporting customers to continuing to build his technical knowledge, he values the independence, variety and teamwork that come with working in the field.

For James, success comes down to being willing to learn, staying calm when challenges come up and knowing you have a team behind you.

Outside of work, you can usually find him fishing, hunting, boating or spending time with his wife, Katie.

James’ advice for anyone taking on something new is simple: believe in yourself and stick with it.

We’re glad to have James bringing that mindset to the Flowco team every day.

Our team recently traveled to Argentina to work alongside PECOM, meeting with operators and hosting a technical training workshop focused on artificial lift and production optimization.

By bringing together Flowco’s decades of experience across U.S. shale with PECOM’s deep understanding of the local market, we’re working to apply proven approaches to the unique production challenges of Vaca Mu**ta.

Different plays require different solutions, but the foundation stays the same: the right technology, the right experience and the right people working together.
