First place brisket. 🥇

Our Amerapex team brought the heat to the 2026 Formosa United Way Cook-Off, taking 1st Place in Brisket out of 27 teams — and finishing 8th Place Overall Team.

Huge congratulations to our pitmasters Michael Hernandez, Jesus Villalpando, and Jose Ruiz, and to everyone who showed up early, stayed late, and kept the fire going all weekend.
