Our safety policies, procedures, and training, overseen by our full-time Safety Director, have ensured us an Experience Modification Rating (EMR) that is among the best in the industry, with a score of 0.66. Going above and beyond to eliminate accidents is the aim every day for everyone at our offices, in our fabrication shops, in our warehouse, and on job sites. Our safety program exceeds OSHA requirements, raising the bar on the commitment to safety.

We are proud to announce that it has been 10 months since our last recordable - and ZERO recordables is our goal for 2024!

Walton is a proud sponsor of the University of Houston PES Open, Houston’s largest non-profit golf tournament. Bi-annually, UH undergraduate students in the Sanchez Program for Excellence in Selling sell and host this tournament. This provides students the ability to practice and improve their sales skills, earn scholarships, and even find the sales careers of their dreams.
