This wasn’t just a roof replacement—it was a complete structural rescue.

This older Hartland home was dangerously close to being condemned. Once we opened the roof, we discovered 5 layers of shingles and extensive structural damage underneath.

The roof framing—including every truss and rafter—had to be repaired.

We replaced all the decking, removed two deteriorating chimneys, repaired aluminum siding, installed new gutters, and completed an entirely new roofing system.

We didn’t just replace the roof. We helped save this house.

This project started with a tree fall and wind damage above the garage. Insurance originally only wanted to pay for a small repair, but we were able to get a full siding replacement approved.

The result speaks for itself. What started as a small damaged area turned into a complete exterior refresh for this homeowner.

We just wrapped up a chimney repair project in Howell. Replaced the old galvanized chimney chase cap with a stainless steel cap. The new cap sheds water away on all four sides, has a built in drip edge and collar.
