I have been truly blessed in my career to build some of the most amazing homes in Livingston County with the help of the best trades. Here is another custom home for a great family. This home includes 7400 square feet of living space, 6 full baths, 2 half baths, upper kitchen, lower kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms with on suite baths, theatre room, craft room with hidden entrance to living room, pool mechanical room, indoor 2000 square foot pool room with a 20 x 40 pool, hand carved front door and custom carpentry throughout. Side note - Photos were taken before home was finished it was still missing light fixtures, front door was not finished, landscaping was not complete as well as a few other minor details.

I had the privilege of building this stunning home for a lovely family on Woodland Lake. With 5200 square feet of living space, this home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, and 3.5 bathrooms for ultimate comfort and convenience. The home is also equipped with a 2-person elevator, a large pantry, and a 3-season room that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, there is an exercise room, a play room, and a 3-car garage with a material lift elevator that leads to a spacious bonus room. The home also boasts an epoxy garage floor and numerous other features that make it truly exceptional.

We like to say we specialize in building "forever homes", so this post is a little different, but still filled with pride. In 2017, we had the pleasure to build a beautiful custom home for this family. A few years later, they sold their home and relocated out of state for work.
When they moved back to Michigan, we were honored when they called us to design and build with them again... Only this time, we built their forever home.

It has been a long time since I posted any pics, I have a bad habit of not taking final pictures, however I have thousands of pictures of the rough mechanical stages of houses :-).
These pics are from some truly wonderful people that are now family on Lake Chemung, it was a second floor addition to their existing home.

This custom basement project was a fun one to build! The final project is truly beautiful and we are happy to share the buildout below:

☑ a full kitchen with barreled White Oak ceiling
☑ a cigar room with a Cherry Coffered ceiling and Cherry paneling
☑ a White Oak wine cellar complete with custom White Oak wine storage and authentic bourbon barrel from Kentucky (hides the water meter)
☑ a full bath with a steam shower
☑ an exercise room
☑ a guest bedroom with custom shoe shelving and Murphy Bed
☑ a family room built that includes a linear fireplace with porcelain mantel
.. And many other custom details. The family was great to build for and did a great job with their selections. We know the family will love it as much as we do!

Check out this house we just finished for a really great family. Proud of how it turned out - plenty of custom finishes. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to get more pictures of the completed project before their big move in. Congratulations home owners and hope they enjoy their new home.
