We’re thrilled to share a truly special new construction project by Parrott Building Inc.—a home that holds deep meaning for us, as it was built for our son and daughter-in-law with help from our family and our valued and trusted sub-contractors! They came to us with a beautiful vision and a dream of a home where they could grow their family: open, airy living spaces, a neutral yet warm palette, and custom details throughout with wooded and private views but paved streets and a safe place for Nash to go on walks and play in the yard.
The layout is a refreshed version of a home we previously built in Boyne City, with thoughtful plan adjustments that made it entirely their own.
