This site is almost ready for a house & septic!

We've been working with Crystal Coast Habitat and their "Women Build" site so these ladies can come in and put up a house! 🏠

Before and after of a small lot clean up we completed in Burgaw this week!
We removed 10 loads of debris, graded a low area in the lawn, and dug a 200ft ditch down the side of this property to help with water management

This has been a cool project to be in on with Crystal Coast Habitat and it's almost coming to an end for this new homeowner! 🏡

Over the course of the last few months here we have:

Helped demolish/ remove the mobile home that was here (Marines volunteered and got most of it💪)

Cleared/ graded the area for the foundation

Removed several trees from the property to allow for the house/ septic to be installed

And we're currently removing stumps from the yard to allow for a few finishing projects before the homeowner moves in

The crew at Habitat for Humanity has been amazing to work with and this has been rewarding for us to be able to watch and be a part of.
