Finished this enclosed porch today. Waiting on electrician to wrap up his part. He has been instrumental in teaching me patience and tolerance. 😁

Removed a failing wall and rebuilt for new windows, slider patio door, & side exterior doors . Followed by insulation, drywall, paint, & tiled floor. Have a few finishing touches to complete and then done.

This is what things look like when you enjoy what you do. We build relationships with customers during their renovation. Most times they want additional things done. We never say no. Below you’ll find some examples of “YES”.
You’ll find an outdoor shower, custom handrails to match the ones that were on the home in the early 1900’s. We have been asked to duplicate the design of existing antique cabinetry and build it for the other side of the room. Custom mantles. Bookshelves. Backdrop for Zoom meetings. Radiator covers. Closet organizers and I could go on. We even built an eternity box for a friends family members ashes. Hey…. We just painted a chimney for the customer. No better way to get some sun and please the customer.

Stepped back into Ann and Jon’s project to build them a couple closet organizers. They were not pleased with the IKEA or similar products so custom, solid and long term direction it was. Paint to follow…

Newly finished basement for home gym, laundry room and lounge area. Just called for a final inspection. Then the electrician has to finish up. We still have a few things to do here but material lead times have us delayed. Back in a few weeks
