This last week, we had a surprise out on the jobsite. Jake with Cedar Valley Homebuilders Association and Jonathan with Acme Tools - Cedar Rapids, IA brought out gift cards and Milwaukee PACKOUT sets to Kyler and Anna, two of our plumbing apprentices.

We can’t thank them enough for supporting the trades and investing in the next generation of skilled professionals. Having the right tools and resources can make such a difference, and we’re excited to see our apprentices continue to learn, grow, and build their careers.

We have some exciting news to share at All Star! Our office manager, Jordan, has welcomed a new baby! 🍼👶❤️

While we couldn’t be happier for her and her growing family, we’ll definitely be feeling her absence around the office for a little while. She keeps so many things running smoothly behind the scenes, and we’re doing our best to keep everything moving while she enjoys this very special time with her family.

So, to our customers, we’re asking for just a little extra **grace, patience, and understanding** as we navigate things without her. You may experience a little longer wait for a call back, scheduling may take an extra minute, or we may be a little slower than usual getting everything squared away.

Please know that **we are still here, we are still working hard, and we are doing everything we can to take care of you!** We appreciate your patience more than you know.

And most importantly, please join us in congratulating Jordan and her family on their beautiful baby girl!🎀

We upgraded one of the trucks in our fleet today. Thanks to Rydell Of Independence for taking care of us. Jake, Sydney, and Alec worked with us and treated us like family! They were definitely worth the short drive to Independence, and we will be back for all of our future vehicle needs. If you see Scott out and about in his new pickup, be sure to wave!

We wanted to give a quick shout out to Logan with LB Equipment Services. We had a big job to get done today and while we were trying to beat the heat, our Cat Excavator needed an emergency repair. Logan called me back within the hour asking for our location so he could get us back up and running. The best part is, we know we are supporting a local business! Thanks again, Logan Bunning!

Another septic install in the books today over in Waterloo ✔️
