UPDATE: If level 3 is declared, Monday is closed and Friday is the normal work day. However, even if it stays a level 2, Monday will not be a required day. It will be a no point no pay day for those who cannot make it in safely. Either way, plan for Friday to be the make up day. Be smart, be safe, and try to stay warm!!

If Fulton County Ohio Sheriff declares a Level 3 snow emergency on Monday, work will be closed and Friday will become a normal working day.

Per the handbook: Kecy follows the severe weather guidelines for Fulton County, Ohio. This is due to the close proximity between the two plant locations, and Michigan does not have a tiered weather emergency system. If Fulton County, Ohio is under a level 3 weather emergency, both plants will be closed until that weather restriction is lifted.

Note: in the case of an unplanned plant shutdown that lasts less than 36 hours, the following day will generally be mandatory.
