A heartfelt THANK YOU to the many individuals and organizations that came together to respond to Monday's 100+ car pileup on 196. There were a handful of injuries, but we are happy to report that there were no fatalities.

The crash itself made national headlines, but we believe the following organizations deserve our recognition and gratitude for their quick and selfless actions:

Ottawa County Sheriff's Office
Ottawa County 911 Dispatch
Hudsonville Emergency Services
Ottawa County Emergency Management
Hudsonville Fire Department
Zeeland Township Fire Department
Hudsonville Public Schools Transportation

Today, we honor and celebrate the remarkable career of our incredible secretary, Brenda, who is retiring after almost forty years of dedicated service to West Michigan Heating and Air Conditioning Services.

For nearly four decades, Brenda has been the heart and soul of our office — greeting everyone, keeping us organized, and supporting every corner of our business. Her commitment & organization has shaped our workplace and inspired everyone fortunate enough to work alongside her.

As she begins this well-deserved new chapter, we want to express our deepest gratitude for her loyalty, hard work, and countless contributions over the years. West Michigan Heating simply won’t be the same without her.
