🎉 2026 Faith Manufacturing Employee Appreciation Fall Event! 🍂

Good food, great people, and a little friendly competition! Yesterday, we came together to celebrate the incredible team that makes Faith Manufacturing what it is!

🍖 BBQ & Fellowship: Our leadership team served up delicious BBQ from Tin Roof BBQ, bringing everyone together for an afternoon of food, fun, and appreciation.

⌚ Celebrating 25 Years: We proudly recognized our 25-Year Club and gave a special shoutout to Gustavo, who recently celebrated 25 years with Faith! To honor this incredible milestone, Gustavo was presented with his well-earned Rolex watch.

🏆 Three-Peat Champions: The competition was fierce, but our Inspection Department claimed the Human Foosball Championship for the THIRD year in a row! Apparently, their precision extends beyond the shop floor! ⚽

At Faith Manufacturing, our greatest strength isn't just our machinery or capabilities — it's the people behind them. Their dedication, loyalty, and hard work have shaped our success for more than 40 years.

Faith Manufacturing is continuing to invest in the future of our shop, our team, and our customers with the addition of a new JTEKT STEALTH 1060 Vertical Machining Center.

This new mill is expected to be up and running by the end of the week, adding even more support to our precision machining capabilities.

Designed for high-speed performance, precision cutting, and the ability to handle a wide range of workpieces, the STEALTH 1060 brings added strength to our milling operations with features including a 25 HP, 12,000 RPM direct drive spindle and a large work envelope built for demanding production needs.

For Faith, this investment means more than another machine on the floor. It means:
