🚧 Making Space: Driveway Extension & Custom Masonry! 🚧

Tap to see how we completely transformed the functionality and flow of this home’s entrance.

​Sometimes, you just need more room. For this project, we completely reconfigured the front yard to maximize parking and accessibility:

​🛣️ Driveway Extension: We removed the jutting landscape beds and poured a massive concrete addition. We squared off the driveway to give the homeowners significantly more parking space with a clean, seamless finish.

​🧱 Wall Relocation: To accommodate the wider driveway, we completely relocated the beautiful brick and stone accent wall!
We carefully pushed the footprint back and rebuilt the masonry to perfectly match the home, opening up the entrance without sacrificing that high-end curb appeal.

​It’s amazing how redesigning your hardscape can completely change the look and feel of your property.

Laundry room evolution: from function to fabulous! ✨

​We just wrapped up a complete overhaul of this laundry room, and the results are night and day. Talk about a storage and style upgrade!

​From a dated, cluttered blue space to a sleek, modern, and highly organized oasis.

Here are the key changes that made all the difference:
​Neutral Paint: Swapped the blue for a fresh, clean greige, opening up the space.

​Cabinetry Overhaul: Replaced standard cabinets with floor-to-ceiling, modern Shaker units, maximizing every inch of storage and hiding all the clutter. The minimalist black hardware is the perfect finishing touch especially on the hmper pull out docks for unloading!

​Appliance Integration: Installed a custom counter over the washer and dryer, creating a built-in look and providing a much-needed folding surface.

​De-cluttered & Organized: All that open storage is gone, leaving a clean, minimal, and functional space.
