We totally get why people get 3 bids. If every contractor did the same thing and had the same quality that would make sense.
But we don’t do the same thing. So comparing us on price is like comparing a custom home to a mobile home because they both have a roof.
Our bid includes the stuff other guys intentionally leave out so they come in cheaper: all new wall and cieling texture, proper Schluter-Systems North America waterproofing, new quality valves, moving that plumbing so your shower head isn't at your chest any longer, real dust containment and a final clean and we clean up every day so you dont feel like you're living in a construction zone.
We're never going to be your cheapest bid....ever
We're going to be the last contractor you ever hire and simply put that's because we do it to The Sivers Standard - built without compromise and built to last.
If that’s what you want, we’re your guys. If you want cheap and fast, we're not for you and that's totally ok 👌
