Join us as we wrap up this month to recognize one of our highly valued employees, Alicia. Alicia joined the RCI Energy Services team almost a year ago, quickly demonstrating her commitment to the company and establishing herself as an asset to the team. In her role as a Field Service Supervisor, she appreciates the opportunity to lead and teach her team, so they all grow together, striving to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. She notes, “The thing I love the most about my job is being able to help all our clients with any problem they face and provide them long lasting solutions.”
Motivated, determined, and down-to-earth, she approaches each day like a new adventure and finds joy in the little things. Off the grid in her down time, she enjoys spending quality time with her wife, family, friends and cats. You may find her amidst the great outdoors, down by the river or on a hike, or inside playing video games. She has a great fondness for exploring new places, connecting with various landscapes and cultures throughout her travels across the country.
