What started as an unfortunate first-floor flood became an opportunity to completely transform this beautiful home.
After the water damage required the removal of the existing flooring, the homeowners entrusted Simple Builders to renovate their space. Our team handled the installation of new flooring throughout the first floor, fresh interior paint, and new cabinetry to bring the home back to life.
To ensure the kitchen was not only functional but also stunning, was brought in to develop a cohesive design concept that elevated the entire space. From material selections to the overall aesthetic vision, every detail was carefully considered to create a timeless and inviting result.
The end product is a bright, refreshed first floor featuring a beautifully redesigned kitchen that perfectly blends style and functionality.

At the onset of this year, we completed the renovation for — a smart-tech play lounge designed to give families a modern, elevated space to relax, connect, and play. From the custom wood accents and architectural wall detailing to the cozy lounge seating, statement lighting, and greenery installation, every detail was intentionally designed to create an experience that feels both luxurious and family-friendly.
