Formerly Out of Bounds in Huntington Beach, California, Dos Amigos Cantina was a ground-up rebuild at the location of a Huntington Beach institution. We had to demo everything! We took the walls down to the wooden studs, ripped out all the old plumbing, poured new concrete footings, and optimized the space to fit a 14-foot cook line in the kitchen while keeping the bar open wide and accessible, plus so much more.
