A new chapter begins in the Palisades today. 🏡✨

After months of waiting, the balance of debris removal and demolition is resuming — clearing what was left behind after the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers completed their Phase I and II debris removal.
Basements, subterranean improvements, and pools were untouched, and that work is now underway in preparation for the rebuilding process.

Not too many homes in this area have reached this stage yet, which makes today a powerful reminder: progress is possible.

To our client — we’re honored to walk this journey with you, and we can’t wait to see you back in your home in the next 18–24 months.
To others still navigating this process — there is hope. The road may be long, but with the right team by your side, you will get there. 💪

Big momentum at the Del Webb Desert Retreat Sales Pavilion! 🌵

We’re officially vertical—framing is going up, model homes are kicking off, and the lake is beginning to take shape right in the heart of the site.

Bill Rupert joined the team for a site visit, and it was incredible to see how far the site has come. From dirt to structure, this project is rising fast—and the energy on-site says it all.
