These are both brackets.

One is a flat stamped plate with four holes. The other is a multi-feature formed assembly with embossed ribs, flanges, and a powder-coat finish.

Brackets vary in geometry, tooling, and secondary operations, but our standards stay the same for dimensional accuracy and repeatability on every part.
