Hello Everyone! Please join us this Tuesday at 6:30PM in Min Kao 406 or on zoom (ID on flyer) with pizza before hand in the engineering courtyard at 6:00PM.

Dr. Mark Gragston will be discussing the ins and outs of graduate degrees in engineering, the process involved, advisors, things to consider, and more! This is not a UTSI specific event but more to help those interested in pursuing graduate school or are considering it!

Now that the Fall semester is beginning, we should return to posting content more regularly. Last night we made our first attempt at the Milky Way on campus. There is room to improve, but these results aren't terrible. Stay tuned for more astro photos to come this Fall.

That’s our Outreach Coordinator!!

Congratulations to MABE senior Spencer McDonald on receiving a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship! The fellowship is awarded to outstanding students who will be pursuing graduate degrees in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines. Spencer was one of four UT engineering students to receive the fellowship.

Congrats Professors!

Congrats to Research Professor Mark Gragston, Grad Student Cary Smith, and Professor Zhili Zhang on receiving the Walter R. Lempert Student Paper Award in Diagnostics for Fluid Mechanics, Plasma Physics, and Energy Transfer at last week's AIAA SciTech conference.

This past weekend a couple of our officers had the opportunity to attend the AIAA SciTech Conference in Orlando. Such a great experience meeting with industry giants, attending technical talks, and networking with other AIAA Student Branches!
