This unit consist of a 250 gallon tank for the main cooking chamber with 2 slide out racks in each door. The massive 8” stack is coupled with a smoke collector to very efficiently improve the flow. The firebox is over 34” of a 250 gallon tank 30” diameter with a 24” pipe wrapped in insulation . All of this sits on a custom built 5x8 trailer designed to be light weight and to pull like a breeze.

The main cooking chamber is a 500-gallon tank, mounted on 6x12 tandem axle trailer.This pit features a fully INSULATED FIREBOX for maximum heat control and fuel efficiency. Inside the main chamber are 4 pull-out cooking racks with plenty of space for briskets, ribs, sausage, and whatever else you can throw at it.
