Sometimes people ask me why I started my own company instead of staying somewhere bigger, somewhere safer.

The honest answer is because I wanted to do it my way.

I spent years watching homebuilding happen at scale. And it was done well. But I kept thinking, this part matters. The details are everything.

So I started LeeHouse...not to build the most homes but to build the right ones.

→ June/July — Walk the dirt, choose your plan, lock in your home site
→ August/September — Design appointment, finishes selected, permits submitted
→ Fall — Ground breaks, foundation pours, framing begins
→ Late winter / Early spring — You're getting keys.

Next summer? You're on your porch sipping tea or a cold soda. 🥤
