If you've been thinking about building a home, swipe to learn what the next 5–6 months could look like for you.

The construction process in a nutshell:
1. Choose home site and house plan.
2. Participate in the pre-construction meeting to review blueprints. No shovel hits the dirt until you've approved everything!
3. We break ground.
4. We invite you back to review the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing rough. We also discuss fencing and if extra concrete is needed.
5. Cabinets are installed, and your closing date is set.
6. New Home Orientation and Closing Celebration happen!

All of this takes about 5 - 6 months. 🔨 If you want to learn more, email us.
