Another MBS successfully completed in Texas Grand Ranch. This 40x60 building with a 20x60 lean-to was thoughtfully designed to accommodate a future guest apartment buildout. HighlighTexas Grand Ranchg glass doors and a Master Lift commercial door opener equipped with QLink technology.

Just before the holidays, we completed an attic build-out for a cliTexas Grand Ranchrand Ranch. This newly finished space features a private bedroom and a versatile bonus/flex area. Final touches, including bathroom tile and cabinetry, are scheduled for completion after the first of the year.

Gave this dated laundry room new life with a shiplap wall, new paint, replaced the 70’s vinyl flooring with and a hexagon tile, and tile baseboards.

Replaced the old panel door to the bar area with a 10-liter glass door and changed some rotten siding with hardie lap
