Please join us in congratulating Dr. Andrae Watson on his promotion to President of Phased N Research. 🎉

Over the past three years with Radiance, most recently serving as PnR's Chief Operating Officer, Andrae has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to our people, customers, and mission.

Prior to joining Radiance, Andrae spent nearly two decades serving the defense intelligence community in both contractor and government leadership roles. A veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, he brings extensive experience leading programs, managing resources, and supporting national defense missions.

Dr. Watson holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University.

As President, Andrae will lead Phased N Research's day-to-day operations, guide the company's continued growth, and build on the strong foundation that has positioned PnR for continued success.

As part of this leadership evolution, Dr. Mark Tillman has assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer of Radiance Technologies. We are grateful for his leadership and the lasting impact he has made on Phased N Research, and we wish him continued success in his new role.

Another successful Phased N Birthday Celebration is in the books! 🎉🎂

This quarter, we had the opportunity to celebrate our team members with birthdays from April through August. It was wonderful to take a break from the day-to-day, enjoy some great company, and recognize the people who help make Phased N such a special place to work.

As is tradition, we may have slightly overestimated the amount of pizza needed 🍕😄, but we'd rather have too much than not enough when it comes to celebrating our team!

To all of our birthday honorees, we wish you a very happy birthday and a year filled with happiness, good health, and continued success. Thank you for everything you do for Phased N.

🏀 March Madness Office Bracket Challenge Recap 🏆

We had a very serious and "friendly" office competition this March Madness, and things got competitive fast. Brackets were busted, bold predictions were made, and tensions started rising as the tournament went on…

Some of us held strong…
Some of us watched our championship hopes disappear way too early…
And Mikayla & Mark got completely blown out of the ranks after carrying the competition most of the way.

But after all the chaos, upsets, and last-second heartbreaks… the results are in:

🥇 1st Place: Carrie (Moms know ball.. 😤🏀 )
🥈 2nd Place: Michael (consistently solid)
🥉 3rd Place: Prasad (quietly climbing the whole time 👀)
