I'm building a fixed wing UAV at work. It'll be my biggest plane yet, and I'm using building methods and materials that are new to me. I designed the plane in SolidWorks, then created molds for all the parts and printed them out using the company's printer and my own printers. Mold prep took some screw-ups, but I finally got it right. I really like how vacuum bag carbon fiber layups turn out.
