As the Lead AV/VTC Operations Crew Lead, he plays a vital role in supporting everything from All Hands meetings to launch Flight Readiness Reviews, ensuring mission-critical communications run seamlessly.

🔸 What is your role, and which contract are you on through Aetos? – I am the AV/VTC Operations Crew Lead supporting all levels of video conferencing, from All Hands Meetings to Flight Readiness Reviews for launches at Kennedy Space Center on the AEGIS contract.
🔸 How long have you been with Aetos? – Four years with Aetos, 19 years in my current position, and 45 years total at Kennedy Space Center.
🔸 What is your favorite part of your role? – The people I get to work with and for. They are truly some of the brightest people I've ever met.
🔸 What's been your favorite project or accomplishment in your current role? – Supporting the VIP launch viewing conference room, where I've had the opportunity to assist distinguished guests including astronauts, government leaders, and industry pioneers during launch events.
🔸 What is the best career advice you have been given or that you can give? – "Never say 'I don't know.' Always say, 'I'll find out and get back to you by the end of the day.'"
