Another custom project done. Built a soundproof room in a shop for the customers music hobby. We installed a mini split and all the flooring. Room was 2x6 with staggered studs and 4" thick installation. Lastly we sealed his roll up door for the shop to finish sealing off the whole shop. Out with the old in with the new. Amazing job in College station that is almost finished. We are just waiting on 2 custom glass panels for the shower surround. Removal of all the old tile floors and installed new with ash grout. Demoed out the old shower and had to remove a ton of mold. Which led to some drywall work in the master bedroom. Installed a new toilet for the customer and while there we ended up fixing a faulty light switch to stop the ceiling fan from flickering.

Everything done at the Lakeland job except for trim. But weather is not permitting us to spray today. So we will be fini...
