Healthcare construction demands more than mechanical expertise. It requires careful planning, coordination, and an understanding of how critical building systems support patient care and day-to-day operations.

These photos from the Rivers Health Emergency Department show both sides of that work — the finished patient-care environment and the mechanical systems being installed behind the walls and ceilings.

CIMCO brings extensive experience to healthcare mechanical construction throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio, including HVAC systems, mechanical piping, equipment replacements, renovations, medical gas piping, and other critical building systems.

We’re proud to have contributed to the work supporting the Rivers Health Emergency Department and the facilities that serve our communities.

From rooftop curb installation to setting the RTU, mechanical construction is all about planning the sequence and coordinating every step.

These photos from the Rivers Health Emergency Department project in Point Pleasant, West Virginia show that progression in the field — from the curb/support assembly being lifted into place, to preparation on the roof, to the final rooftop unit setting.

Celebrating 30 Years of CIMCO

2026 marks 30 years since CIMCO was established in 1996.

For three decades, CIMCO has provided commercial mechanical services throughout West Virginia and the Tri-State, supporting healthcare, education, commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities with HVAC, plumbing, boilers, chillers, refrigeration, and mechanical piping expertise.

A milestone like this is really about the people behind the work.
We’re grateful for the employees, customers, contractors, vendors, and partners who have been part of CIMCO’s story over the past 30 years.

As we celebrate this anniversary, we’ll be sharing more of CIMCO’s history, projects, and people throughout the coming months.

Keeping a large commercial facility comfortable and operating efficiently starts with dependable cooling equipment — and when a chiller goes down, response time matters.

CIMCO provides commercial chiller services throughout West Virginia and the surrounding region, including installation, replacement, maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and 24/7 emergency service.

When critical cooling is interrupted, CIMCO can also support facilities with emergency chiller solutions to help restore cooling and keep operations moving while repairs or permanent replacements are addressed.

From healthcare and institutional buildings to commercial and industrial facilities, our team works with complex chilled-water systems where performance, reliability, and rapid response matter.
