Mathern Construction is looking for 3 individuals that have experience building pole barns.
-Pay based on experience (No less than $23/hr)
-Have your own tool belt with basic tools
-Meet in Hutchinson: 6:30am carpool to the job site or drive yourself. Paid drive time 1 way.
-Work outside through the winter
-Paid 1hr lunch
-401k
-Occasional stayaways (couple/yr but always home on weekends)
-Family comes 1st! We believe it's very important to be present at your children's events or your own sporting events.
We are open to High Schoolers for summer with good work ethic who would like to get into blue collar work!
