- Production of wood pallets and crating, and corrugated cardboard boxes.
- Ability to use nail guns, tape measure, and general construction tools
- Maintains proficiency by performing the skill on a regular schedule
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Communicates effectively to all other team members
- Working effectively with peers on assignments and projects
- Volunteers to help others with work activities as needed
- Takes initiative to assist
- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with coworkers, contractors, leadership team, etc
- Consistently practices, and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization
- Other duties as assigned
