This our extruder and how we manufacture post-tension cable. We are certified by the .tensioning.institute with annual inspections, and have been manufacturing it for decades.

There is a layer of special grease that goes on the PC strand, with a coat of special plastic sheathing above it. The plastic comes out very hot, so the cable then rolls through a cooling tank.

We work hard to assure that our cable comes out with great consistency and quality, without imperfections.

We’ve been around a while…
This is from the early 2000’s. Our team has worked together since the 90’s and some of us have been in post-tension since the 80’s.
Been serving Central Texas homes a long time and will continue to do so.

Here is a foundation job we did for a warehouse. Notice the uniformity and long cables. Barndominiums and sports courts can also be similar.
