No job is too small! If you don’t see your job description listed below, please feel welcome to contact us and ask! Most jobs are T&M at an hourly rate of $50/hour (one hour minimum). Material costs are never marked up. Ceiling Services:

• Wall décor services: hanging art work, picture frames, mirrors & more
• Case molding, Wayne’s coating installation, removal & repair
• Grab bar installation

Electrical Services:
• Installation of dimmers, timers & motion detectors
• Light bulb & smoke detector replacement
• Wall switches & outlet installation and repair
• Interior & exterior lighting installation and repair
• Troubleshooting
• TV mounting

Carpentry Services:
• Replace cabinet hinges & door pulls/knobs
• Interior/Exterior door installation & repair
• Crown molding installation, repair or removal
• Handicap ramp installation
• Shelving installation
• Wardrobe door installation or repair
• Product assembly (Did you buy something that didn’t come put together? No problem!)

Plumbing Services:
• Toilet installation
• Bathroom/Kitchen faucet replacement
• Showerhead replacement
• Bathroom supply line replacement
• Water regulator valve
• Troubleshooting leaks
• Hose bib valve replacement

Baby Proofing Services:
• Secure book shelves to the wall
• Install safety gates in hallways and top/bottom of stairwells
• Install childproof locks on cabinets

Window & Patio Door Services:
• Window installation & repair (single and double pane)
• Weather stripping replacement
• Patio door wheel replacement
• Patio door installation and repair
• Trim and casing (design, install or repair)
• Wardrobe door installation or repair

• Foundation or structural repairs
