Last week, we had the honor of attending Dutchess BOCES Signing Day, where we officially signed two incredible students to the DS Home Services team. Please join us in welcoming Aiden, who signed for Electrical, and Joe, who signed for HVAC.

Aiden will be continuing his education this fall at lineman school, and we are so excited to support him as he takes that next step toward building his future in the electrical trade.

Joe will be joining us for on-the-job HVAC training, where he’ll have the opportunity to learn hands-on from our experienced team and grow his skills in the field.

We were also proud to provide three scholarships to graduating seniors who demonstrate the values that mean so much to us at DS Home Services: Safety, Integrity, Reliability, Respect, and Community.

Supporting students who are interested in the trades is something we truly believe in. These young men and women are the future of our industry, and we are grateful for the opportunity to encourage, celebrate, and invest in them as they begin building their careers.

Congratulations to Aiden, Joe, and all of this year’s graduating seniors. We can’t wait to see what you accomplish!

Memorial Day is not simply the start of summer. It is a day set aside to remember the men and women who never made it home.

Last night was an incredible night for our DS Home Services family.

Our owner, David Stewart, was honored as the Distinguished Citizen of the Year Award by the Greater Hudson Valley Council, Scouting America. This award is a true reflection of the values Dave has built DS on: service, leadership, integrity, community, and a commitment to making a difference wherever we can.

Even more importantly, the evening helped raise over $55,000 to support local Scouts and provide scholarships for camp, helping more young people experience the opportunities, friendships, and life lessons that Scouting provides.

We are so proud to celebrate Dave and grateful to be part of a night that gives back to the next generation of leaders.

This Memorial Day weekend, we invite you to join us in honoring the men and women who gave everything for our country.

DS Home Services will be at the Hyde Park Education Foundation's Field of Honor at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum this Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Dave will also be speaking during the morning ceremony, and we would love to see familiar faces there as our community comes together in remembrance.

You can also find us at the Town of Hyde Park Memorial Day Parade on Monday. We hope to see you there. ❤️🤍💙

Every Friday, our team proudly wears R.E.D to Remember Everyone Deployed ❤️🇺🇸

As a veteran owned and operated company, this tradition is something close to our hearts. Wearing RED is a simple reminder that we have not forgotten the brave men and women currently serving overseas, along with the families who sacrifice right alongside them.

Throughout the month of May, and especially as we approach Armed Forces Day this Saturday, we’re proud to stand alongside the Dutchess County Government employees participating in the nationwide R.E.D. initiative. Thank you to County Executive Sue Serino, the Dutchess County Office of Veteran Affairs, and everyone helping keep this meaningful tradition visible in our community.

To all who serve, have served, and are currently deployed, thank you. We appreciate your sacrifice more than words can say. 🇺🇸
