PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPACT Fees
Public Hearing Notice and Changes to City of Idaho Falls Capital Improvement Plan and Impact Fee Schedule and Ordinance.

Changes proposed:
Fee schedule will move from single family and multi-family per door to square footage calculations. All square footage will be included in the fee calculation schedule. Finished and Unfinished square footage will be used to calculate fee. See below for
Ave Single Family Detaches with a basement will see a 22% increase from current fee.
Ave Single Family Detached with no basement will see a 22% increase from current fee.
Ave Single Family Attached with basement (Duplex, Twin Home, Town Homes per IRC) will see a 67% increase from current fee.
Ave Single Family Attached (Duples, Twin Home, Town Homes per IRC) will see a 67% Increase from current fee.
Ave Multi-Family Apartments will see an increase of 5.6% from current fee.

Removal of Affordable Housing Waiver request available to proposed projects
