🚨 This Is Why Furnace Inspections Matter 🚨
We were called out today for a furnace issue, and what we found was extremely dangerous.
🔥 A cracked heat exchanger that was overheating
🔥 Severe heat damage and scorching inside the furnace cabinet
🔥 Burn marks on surrounding materials — this was very close to becoming a house fire
These photos show real damage caused by a failing furnace. This wasn’t a guess, and it wasn’t minor. Once a heat exchanger cracks, flames and extreme heat can escape areas they’re never meant to reach.

⚠️ Carbon monoxide exposure is also a serious risk in these situations.

Just wrapped up a project for a client who needed better heating in his workbench area. We provided a custom duct installation, and he's now extremely happy with the improved heat distribution.
