Dear Friends, I've had to do a new website at bestconcretebuilding.com. This system is dependent upon the molds which are dependent upon a specialized extrusion. Took me 35 years to come up with it. I can get it produced in China, or perhaps here, the best material being industrial gray PVC. I'm not looking for any money as profit, just interested people to share in the cost of the extrusion. I have gone from 1/4" to 3/16" to save some weight and material's cost. This system is really the best thing because it uses the least amount of concrete in an ultimate high performance way. The cavity wall can be partitioned for any application and can be filled with bulk material. Sand, gravel, concrete, plain dirt, and newly discovered crusher fines are possible fillers. Conduits, air ducts are also possible. Additional sizes of 16" square and 18" by 16" can be used for artistic mosaic designs. One needs to be a bit talented in geometry to appreciate all this. We need a global effort to get people housed. I welcome all comers. I will help to the best of my ability. Let's do this.

All systems have finally evolved through the gauntlet of the devil in the details. Achieving simplicity is a twisted most demanding task. I need to go right now from a one person operation to full fledged nationwide and global presence.
Understanding and appreciation the fundamentals is easy. The steel embedment shown below illustrates the broad area of encasement and the steel strands tightly anchored. That steel creates an overlap that is quickly welded. Minimal steel, maximum strength.

The trouble is in the paranoia and avoidance towards a new learning curve. I know it from all the ones I have encountered. Yet, they are a blessed stepping stone travelling eternity road. We must be dynamic. Moving forward, now necessarily urgent, we must united.

The priority is the children. What are we setting them up with? Can ones's conscience bear it? Each moment of delay, the Earth and humanity's distress compounds.

No other wall system facilitates the addition of plain dirt into a wall cavity for mass, added strength, and increased insulation. One cannot do better than containment within a concrete shell accommodating virtually anything for perfect longterm confinement.

Going from wood to superefficient concrete with bulk fill is essential to protect against the vagaries of climate change. People that have not contributed to climatic extremes should not be patsies to those who have.

Housing is at an all time imperative. Most existing homes are proving and will to continue to prove that they are woefully inadequate for today and especially the future.

I ask your help in joining in dialogue with each other, (and me), to see who we know, who cares, and who would want to become a cog in this system of transformation.

Look at the pictures, gently peruse through, don't try to understand immediately. Develop questions, what is vague? I am available to create clarity. Everyone may have different ideas. The more, the more broad based foundation we form. Let's really care about giving the children a chance against heavy heavy headwinds.

An open top cavity wall will also hold dirt, compost, peatmoss, sand, etc. for a feed receptacle of black and gray water for purification my plant root microbial activity. Therefore it turns into a nutrient for converting carbon dioxide into oxygen. We can't have too much of that. Wastewater is no longer a nuisance, but a fertilizer for empowering plant chlorlophyll.

I'm so appreciative for all the likes and visits. I'm setting up my conveyors to show how easy mass production can be. I'm also using molds that have been upgraded from their previous usage. I'll be more active showing the ongoing progress. Handling and setting up heavy conveyors is pretty tough work as I'm now in my 71st year on the planet. I truly believe this is a most important undertaking for durable and easy to obtain housing. The social component of people working and cooperating together should really be a happening. I don't know when fate will give me some help, but regardless I carry on trusting that the right circumstances will arise.
Things will be more clear as I ready for production.

After rebuilding my Hoover Dam era Jaeger concrete mixer, I'm close to further testing of the system. Because this is basically a zero wiggle room system, its value is greatly dependent upon its precision. I have never been much of a fabricator, but when one's life work is on the line, one keeps on trying. Life has shown me to be full of learning curves. The ability to persist is all important. I'm not very smart or talented, but I do not give up on an idea that makes ultimate sense to me. As they say, if this was easy, everyone would be doing it.

I've done the best I could to tweak my pvc molds into perfection. Their main drawback is that exposure to direct sun for very long will remove their straightness by warping them. I ordered UV resistant window trim grade pvc, supposedly the highest quality, but it did not work out. I've built some prototype polycarbonate molds and believe they will be my material of the future. I've discovered some design tricks to guarantee perfect squareness and have a redundant backup check. In my opinion, finding little tricks to further precision is the greatest value added action possible. Simplicity is critical too, and it's amazing the twisty route it takes to finally arrive.
Obvious to me is the way this world works doesn't work. Disparity is a disgrace. We are our brothers keeper. Patriarchy has proven not to work because it's a pretense for might makes right which leads directly to misogyny. Mother Earth gets the worst of it.

Time is more critical now than ever. We need a whole new approach. The one equality we share is our time. Time is best utilized in cooperation. This is free if we can only do it. We most free ourselves from the tyranny of might makes right and its attendant disease of too much isn't enough. Human engagement and accomplishment is the elixir of soul. We are one, and a poor man shames us all. Most people I talk to think that human nature makes cooperation virtually impossible, as we live in an upside world with rampant dysfunction handed down from the ages and perpetuated seemingly forever.

All we need is the profound experience of "Namaste". It is the primary truth. It's best nurtured by working together for our common quality of life. Quality of life is working with Nature and each other. It's not hard.

The tasks of using my system are best and most easily done in pairs. That interaction and its resultant efficacy, makes construction fun, efficient, and bonding. I hope to illustrate this with video shortly. It's a story I need not go into as to why this hasn't been accomplished before.

There are two stories of my travels that affirm to me the feasibility and necessity of doing this. I almost just lost this post so I'll post this and continue.
