Our latest bathroom remodel in a historic house in Imlay City. We had to do a complete demolition of an existing tile shower, including an original lead sheet shower pan! When you get a siding job on a historical house in Imlay City, and one of the stipulations in the contract is to “preserve the original trim as much as possible” this is the result. A lot of work on the brake, but worth it. Almost all of the original wood will be covered in aluminum, the corbels and secondary trim were repainted.

It’s a good time for some “before” pictures (and some job site selfies…don’t tell the boss!) on this project in lovely Imlay City. Porch rebuild, deck and a landing, and a complete siding, soffit and trim install. A ways to go, but nothing we can’t handle. This place will be looking great by the time we’re through!
