Another tear off and full replacement.
New deck is all treated framing and Dekorators composite decking. We added the lighted post option to the Westbury rail system. Also, went with a different color picture frame and features board, kick plates and fascia boards for a contrasted look.

This 16x 24 room addition will add 2 new bedrooms to this house, and more basement storage. Finished pics to come.

This was fun. Tore off old and dangerous deck; and replaced it with all new piers, framing, decking, and rails.
Treated framing material, Zuri ( all pvc ) decking and Westbury aluminum rails with a composite drink rail.
Using this decking material had a learning curve; but it turned out amazing. Loved the way the stairs look.

Probably the biggest and most beautiful deck set up we’ve done this year. It was a challenge, but we couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. We even opened the pool for the client when we finished. Made for some perfect after pics. The pictures don’t do it justice, so check out the video in the next post.
