This photo captures something that's so important to our team: bringing together decades of industry experience with the next generation of talent.

Across CTR, people with an incredible range of backgrounds, skills, and perspectives work side by side every day. Some have spent decades at the Salton Sea solving complex challenges and advancing the geothermal industry. Others are just beginning their careers, helping shape what comes next.

Across Imperial Valley, students are also preparing for future careers in geothermal energy and critical minerals through local education and workforce development programs, building the skills and knowledge that will support the industry's future.

While large-scale projects take time to develop, investing in people cannot wait.

Because the people helping to build our industry today, will be the ones leading it tomorrow.

Some energy sources are renewable, but intermittent.
Some are reliable, but emissions intensive.
Some are scalable, but dependent on fuel markets or vulnerable supply chains.

Salton Sea geothermal delivers reliable 24/7 baseload power, near-zero emissions, domestic critical minerals, and industrial-scale capacity all from a single resource.

For over 40 years, geothermal power in the Salton Sea area has proven it’s reliability. Today, the region is emerging as one of the most strategically important energy and critical mineral hubs in the United States.

Reliable. Renewable. Domestic. Few energy resources can deliver all three at scale.

Great to be in Washington, D.C. this week at the EXIM 2026 Annual Conference.

Joined by colleagues Josh Puckridge, Eric Thayer, David Jackson and David Andrada. Good to see so many industry leaders under one roof!

The United States is moving decisively to strengthen export capability, industrial competitiveness, and supply chain security.

In that context, the value of energy is evolving. What’s needed now is

Speed to Market
Capacity to Scale
Strategic U.S. Assets

Strong credit to the Export-Import Bank of the United States team for convening a program that reflects where capital, policy, and ex*****on are heading.

The team and I were delighted to attend the Turning Point Ministries Annual Banquet at the Casa De Mañana Building on Friday.

After so much recent travel, it was grounding to be back in Imperial Valley and spend time in this strong community where we work and live. Hearing firsthand the stories of transformation, resilience, and personal accountability from the men of the Turning Point Men’s Home was both humbling and inspiring.

Faith-based organizations like Turning Point play a vital role in strengthening the community’s foundations - one life at a time.

Congratulations to Pastor Norm and the whole Turning Point team on a successful evening and thank you for the important work you do every day.

This week we had the opportunity to tour the Nasdaq with Chris Dearborn, Senior Vice President, Listings & Capital Markets, a valuable firsthand experience with this impressive exchange and its listing of companies in dynamic market sectors, including the energy transition sector.

I’m not one for personal posts, but this deserves acknowledgement. It was a privilege to attend the funeral of Regimental Sergeant Major Allan Forsyth (SASR).

Al was the embodiment of what the Regiment stands for - strength, discipline, humility, and unwavering commitment to others. One of the toughest men I’ve known, with a heart to match.

I was fortunate to spend time with Al through Executive Excellence - from the Thai-Burma Railway and Borneo to the Kokoda Track. And who could forget E-Force - a trimmed-down SAS induction course that left its mark on all of us.

Al had a way of distilling hardship into simple truths - “pain is weakness leaving the body”, “rest is rust”, “skin is waterproof” and many other Alism’s. Said with conviction, lived every day.

He set the standard, demanded the best, and quietly carried everyone with him.

A soldier, a leader, and a mate.

Rest easy, Al. You will be missed but never forgotten.

It’s always a pleasure to introduce folks to the Salton Sea Geothermal Field - one of the founding locations for geothermal energy in the U.S.

Thanks to Reggie Beavan and Dom Espinosa from Newmark, Bryan Shires and Mark W Clapp from Baker Hughes, and Rahul Jasuja from Cohen & Company Capital Markets for coming out today.

For over 40 years, clean baseload power has been generated here and a further 2.5 GW of untapped geothermal potential is ready to deploy.

The County of Imperial is advancing its Lithium Valley Specific Plan which is designed to streamline land use and permitting processes to attract investment and development across clean energy and advanced manufacturing industries.

We have the resource, the workforce, and the long-term vision to transform this region into the largest and most sustainable clean energy and critical minerals hub in the United States.

It’s always a pleasure to visit our valued friends at Stellantis HQ in Detroit. As global demand for electrification and advanced mobility continues to grow at speed, we stand ready to support these clean energy and battery supply chains of the future.

Strategic collaborations and rolled-up sleeves is the best way to get out in front and to get it done!

Great to be at CERAWeek in Houston this week. Pleasure catching up with Maria Claudia Borras and Lorenzo Simonelli from Baker Hughes, a long-standing and highly valued partner to CTR.

Our collaboration continues to grow from strength to strength as we advance the Hell’s Kitchen project in California - bringing together 24/7 baseload geothermal power and critical minerals production at commercial scale.

At a time when energy security, AI-driven power demand, and domestic supply chains are front and center, it’s partnerships like this that will drive ex*****on and progress to meet this moment.

Appreciate the continued support and alignment - exciting times ahead.

CTR is delighted to welcome Josh Puckridge to the team as Vice President of Corporate Development, Josh joins CTR at an exciting stage as the company advances its Nasdaq listing.

He brings senior leadership experience across publicly listed energy and resources companies operating in Australia, Africa, Asia, and the United States, alongside a background in equity capital markets and corporate finance. His experience spans capital formation, transaction ex*****on and scaling complex energy assets, and he is expected to play a central role in CTR’s capital strategy and growth initiatives as the company scales into a public market platform.

A fantastic addition to the team at a pivotal time for CTR. Welcome aboard, Josh!
