October is Careers in Construction Month. Througout the month of October, Shawhan Sheet Metal will be highlighting careers that are essential to sheet metal and ACM.

Today, we are discussing an ACM Fabricator role. In this position, patience, leadership, and communication skills are necessary to succeed.Megan Busby has multiple responsibilities at Shawhan including building ACM panels, delegating deliveries in the field, and ensuring the field has the proper panels. Megan has worked at Shawhan for 9 years and has become a specialist at what she does.October is Careers in Construction Month. Througout the month of October, Shawhan Sheet Metal will be highlighting careers that are essential to sheet metal and ACM.
