🔧 Another job completed by Triple M Welding!

Went out to a customer here in Independence to repair a failed weld on a mini excavator's track tension adjustment component. The original weld had no pe*******on and had completely separated from the base metal.

Ground out the old weld, cleaned everything up, and welded it back in place — all in a very tight spot

🤖🔥 Here’s the transformer car in action!
After getting called out to the Waterloo Fair to repair the broken headlight brackets and a few cracks, I had to stick around long enough to see this thing transform! 😂
Pretty cool project to get called out for — definitely not your everyday welding job!

🚨 Called out to the Waterloo Fair tonight! 🎡🔧
This transformer car had a few things that needed some attention, so Triple M Welding got called in to get it back in action.
🔧 Welded the broken brackets for both headlights
🔧 Repaired 3 separate cracks
🔥 Put in about 2½ hours of welding, from 6:30 PM–9:00 PM
Pretty cool getting to work on something this unique—and even cooler seeing this thing in action! I got a video of how the transformer car works, so make sure to check that out too! 🤖⚡

Had the opportunity to sponsor this young go-kart racer and build her a custom aluminum tire rack! 🏁

🚛 Another semi truck repair knocked out!

This fuel tank had a small crack causing a leak. The bottom of the tank also had a dent where the fuel tank strap had been rubbing, wearing the material down pretty good.

I cleaned everything up, repaired the crack, and plated over the worn area to add strength and give it some extra protection.

Another repair knocked out!

repaired a broken passenger-side fender bracket on a semi. Cleaned up the old weld, got everything lined back up, and welded it back together — inside and outside for some extra strength. 💪

Finished it off with some paint and got it back in service.

🎃 A little different kind of repair today!

A customer brought me this piece that’s going to be used as a base for a Halloween decoration. I repaired the broken welds and reinforced the area to get it ready for another season of use.
