Flottweg SE Appoints Nadine Andree as New CFO

Effective September 1 2026, Nadine Andree joins the company’s Management Board and assumes responsibility for the Finance division. With many years of national and international experience in finance, controlling, HR, IT, and corporate management, she will support and help shape the continued development of the Flottweg Group.

The CFO position remained vacant following the departure of Klaus Huber, who stepped down from the Management Board at the end of 2025 for personal reasons after 25 years with the company. During the transition period, responsibility for the Finance division was assumed by Dr. Kersten Christoph Link, CEO of Flottweg SE.

“We are delighted to welcome Ms. Andree to the Management Board of Flottweg SE,” says Bernhard Rau, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Flottweg SE. “With her extensive financial expertise, international experience, and strategic perspective on business processes, she brings valuable competencies to support the continued development of our company. 80 Years of Apprenticeship Training at Flottweg: Our New Apprentices Begin Their Careers

The start of the new apprenticeship year marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for 19 young people at Flottweg. At the same time, this year’s intake represents a special milestone in the company’s history: the separation technology specialist from Vilsbiburg is celebrating 80 years of apprenticeship training and is welcoming its 600th apprentice since the launch of its vocational training program.
