Today, we honor the life and legacy of Samuel Patrick Malone Jr.

A proud veteran, respected land surveyor, business owner, and mentor. Sam dedicated his life to the land surveying profession and left a lasting impact on those around him.

Sam is the reason our own Russell Whitehurst became a land surveyor. He introduced Russell to the profession, shared his knowledge, and helped spark a passion that grew into a lifelong career.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Russell and the entire Malone family during this difficult time. Sam’s legacy will continue through the many lives he influenced and the land surveyors he inspired. 🤍

Funeral services will be held on June 4th at 1:00 PM at Heritage Funeral & Cremations, 3700 Forest Lawn Drive, Weddington, NC.

Those wishing to send flowers may do so through Heritage Funeral & Cremations in honor of Sam and his family.
