What will you be responsible for?
As a Team Member, you will use your talents to generate new sales leads, set
appointments, run meetings with prospective companies, and close deals while
utilizing our training models with a focus on selling new business and exceeding
sales goals.
You will ultimately pave your way to the income you want to make! The successful
candidate will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit with a high drive and work
ethic. They will do this via phone calls, e-mail, virtual and in-person meetings,
social media, and potentially other media channels. This role works in both B2B
and B2C areas.
About Us:
We are a new unique sports apparel company within the greater Indianapolis retail
sports and training industry. This is an exciting time as we work with health and
wellness customers, educational organizations, law enforcement, lawn care,
construction companies offering a unique health training tool, plus local
community and sporting events.
Job Requirements:
Performs activities to meet established sales and revenue metrics on
products and sales programs.
Must have previous sales and marketing experience, ideally in retail sports
apparel.
Prioritize prospect list each day, based on inbound, outbound, targeted, and
behavioral targets and communicate to management.
A four year degree with an emphasis in marketing and sales is desired but
not required.
Must be goal oriented and be comfortable with traveling to paid local,
reginal events.
Must have previous experience utilizing all social media platforms.
As appropriate by audience, provide sales presentations, resources, tools,
and more information on value of product offerings.
Communicate via phone calls, voicemails, meetings, email, text, chat tools,
and video as needed.
Identify new prospects and help build contact and lead lists as necessary by
product, program, or event.
Support customer service needs as appropriate, often through sales process
Occasionally provide messaging/video content for social media, content, or
email initiatives.
