Reliance Engineering Reliance, formerly Midwest Associates, is an independent, WBE construction services firm.

Reliance, formerly Midwest Associates, was founded in 2007 with a mission of providing the highest quality Test & Balance services in Indiana. Over the years, we’ve added Commissioning, Consulting, Construction Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Lab Certification to our service lines, while expanding our presence in the construction services industry across the United States, beyond the Midwest.

As an independent, third party, WBE, Reliance is committed to working collaboratively with clients, designers, construction managers, and contractors to ensure premium project results.
