On Monday of this week, AGM rented a suite at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and spent the day with some team members and trade partners. We are so excited to announce our 5th Annual Golf Outing, benefiting Indy Honor Flight again this year!

Indy Honor Flight provides travel to Washington D.C. for veterans to see the memorials dedicated to their service. They are funded through donations only and everyone on staff is a volunteer. We are honored to work with them again this year.

Last week, four of our team members attended the National Association of Women in Construction's North Central Regional Conference in Angola, Indiana. They had the opportunity to connect and network with other women in the region who also work in construction. We're glad our team members could get the chance to learn more about our industry, and spend time getting to know some of the amazing women within our industry!

Madeline started working for AGM 3 years ago, which is also when she started her career in the construction industry. She is the Marketing Coordinator for AGM.

When asked about some proud moments, Madeline said, “As AGM’s Marketing Coordinator, a big part of my job is recognizing the amazing team that we have built here. Especially this week, it has been an honor to highlight some of my favorite coworkers and recognize the great talents and contributions they bring not only to AGM, but the industry as a whole. I’m very proud to be on a team that fosters growth, inclusivity, and learning and I’m especially proud that I get to be a big part of that. I’m proud that I get to showcase not only AGM’s great work, but our amazing team as well.”

Sam started working for AGM almost 4 years ago, which is when she started her career in the construction industry. She is our Service Coordinator for our Cincinnati team.

When asked about a proud moment she has had within the industry, Sam said, “Knowing that leadership and field teams can rely on me to keep things running smoothly makes me really proud. From payroll to project coordination to inventory management, I make sure the office and field teams have what they need to succeed.”

Anna-Marie is our Service Manager for our Nashville office and has been with AGM for 8 years. She has been in the construction industry for 22 years, 12 of those have been in the glass industry specifically.

When asked about her proudest moments in the industry, Anna-Marie said, “My proudest moments are when I receive a call, text, or email from a customer letting me know how much they appreciate my team. Sometimes the customer may call out one individual, but those positive reviews are so very rewarding. I also enjoy the comradery the ladies have with the men on our team. There is mutual respect.”

Anna-Marie also said, “This is WIC week and I appreciate all of the ladies that have given the construction industry a chance. You can knock down doors too! If you do, give us a call so we can fix it.😄”

Anna-Marie has also shared the AT&T Skylights as one of her favorite projects she has worked on here at AGM.

Christine has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and has been a part of the AGM team for 7 years. She is a Service Coordinator for our Indianapolis team.

When asked about some of her proud moments within the industry, Christine said, “AGM is small enough that we all know each other’s names, and enjoy working with each other. Being able to walk into one of our other offices and being welcomed like a longtime friend speaks volumes. There are many personalities within AGM, and in the long run we all mesh well and the end result is jobs are complete and beautifully done.”

When asked if she had a favorite project she has helped work on, Christine said she has enjoyed a lot of projects done at the Roche facilities.

Wendy has been in the construction industry for 5 years and has been with AGM for almost 2 years. She is an Accounting Specialist in our Indianapolis office.

When asked for a proud moment she has had within the industry, Wendy said, “I would say my proud moment would be helping other co-workers how to navigate and use parts of Business Central for their daily tasks. Plus, winning the presentation award at our annual sales meeting.”
