to when we joined Pepper Construction Group to provide structural and miscellaneous steel for IKEA Fishers — a 289,000 sq. ft. retail and warehouse facility just off I-69 in Fishers, Indiana. 645 tons of joist steel. 250 tons of deck, supporting both the showroom and warehouse areas from the ground up. We're proud to have partnered on such a large-scale project right in our backyard!

We're excited to announce Allen Hanavan has stepped into the role of Pre-Construction Manager.

Allen will lead our estimating and pre-award efforts for structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication projects as it relates to pricing strategies, managing risk, and partnering with our executive team to drive continued growth. In this new role, he'll serve as the critical link between sales, estimating, detailing, and operations, helping ensure a seamless transition from project pursuit to ex*****on.

As a graduate of ITT Technical Institute, Allen has been part of the Lenex team since November 2003 garnering over two decades of industry knowledge, relationships, and an eye for the details that matter. Congrats, Allen!

AISC certification isn't a credential. It's proof of process.

When you specify structural steel on a project, you need to know the fabricator can deliver to code, on schedule, and without surprises. AISC certification provides that assurance. It means our welders meet AWS D1.1 qualifications. It means our fabrication procedures are documented, repeatable, and audited by third-party inspectors.
