A 12-story expansion on an active hospital campus doesn't leave much room for error.

to the Ascension St. Vincent Women & Infants Hospital expansion in northwest Indianapolis — 1,700 tons of structural steel, 109 NICU rooms, 30 maternity suites, a helicopter pad, and full-height stairs across 279,000 square feet, all while patient care never stopped. The first facility in Indiana to offer couplet care — allowing high-risk mothers and critically ill newborns to receive coordinated care under one roof.

We're excited to announce the promotion of Nick Hoffman to Director of Business Development.

Nick joined our team in 2018 and over the last 8 years has built a reputation for showing up — for our customers, our partners, and our team. He's logged thousands of miles on the road, prioritized relationships with customers, and identified prospects who fit the relationship-first model we're built on. In this new role, Nick will help lead our growth strategy, working closely with our executive team to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships.

Being a third-generation Purdue University alum, Nick often finds himself cheering on the Boilermakers and running into fellow alumni across the industry. Outside of work, Nick is typically enjoying quality time with his wife and two kids or at his second office (the golf course). Congrats, Nick!

to the Louisville Air Commerce Warehouse — a 650,000 sq. ft. structure featuring columns, braced bays, roof frames, a canopy, and over 1,000 tons of joist and deck. Every component detailed, fabricated, and delivered to spec alongside Pepper Construction Group including dock stairs and a caged roof access ladder for a complete, functional build.
