There’s a difference between doing a job… and truly taking care of people.

That’s what Andy is talking about here.

Sometimes our job is fixing the heat. Sometimes your pipes. Sometimes your electrical systems.

But it ALWAYS means helping someone feel comfortable enough to trust the person standing in their living room.

We never want customers to feel pressured or confused. We want them to feel informed, respected, and cared for.
