At Major Tool & Machine, our partnership with the Navy Talent Pipeline Program (NTPP) has helped us find an amazing team member in Jada Jackson, graduate of the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program. Jada’s story is a powerful example of why this partnership matters. As our very first hire from ATDM, and now serving as a Quality Inspector at MTM, she’s already showing what’s possible when strong training meets real opportunity. From the classroom to the shop floor, Jada continues to lean into every challenge, learn new skills, and grow her confidence at MTM. She’s just the first and as this partnership expands, we look forward to welcoming more talented individuals who will follow in her footsteps.

Our Summer Cookout had it all! Huge thanks to our leadership team for rolling up their sleeves to serve lunch—and to our CEO and President for taking over the grill. It was a day full of great food, great people, and plenty of smiles. Thanks to everyone who helped make it a fantastic day!

For the past 5 summers, Major Tool & Machine has helped us get ready for the season by putting up our tent at Felege Hiywot Center.

Their engineers have been more than volunteers. They’ve been steady partners, mentors, and a true anchor for our students and community year after year.

We’re grateful for the consistency, care, and commitment MTM continues to bring to FHC every summer.

MFG Camp at MTM was a tremendous success last year, so we're bringing it back for 2026! Sign up today!

Give your student a hands-on experience in manufacturing at Major Tool & Machine’s 2026 Manufacturing Camp, taking place June 2–3 from 9 AM–3 PM. This two-day event is open to students entering grades 7–9 and includes lunch, practical activities, and exposure to modern technology—registration costs $25 and closes on May 22nd, with limited spots available.

*We ask parents to register their students and verify eligibility requirements, as well as to plan to attend the first hour of camp and the closing presentations. Please keep in mind that space is limited, the program is designed for new participants, and all attendees must be U.S. citizens.
