LandWorx works with clients and owners to find not just a well-engineered solution, but one that works best for each given situation.

LandWorx had the honor of hosting Ladies in Land Sip, Socialize & Stay Connected Event on the rooftop at River House. Mary Dicken, Executive Director of the Broad Ripple Village Association, and Todd Camesasca, Board President and Commercial Broker, spent the afternoon educating us on the past, present and future of Broad Ripple. We were joined by special guest Turae Dabney with Indy Economic Development who added information regarding the overall vision for the area. www.broadrippleindy.org

It was a pleasure to show off our newest rain garden at 46th and Millersville to local neighbors and new homeowners of Habitat for Humanity's 10-home development. The 8,600 square foot rain garden collects all the stormwater water from the 4-acre property before getting released into Devon Creek and Fall Creek.

Staff from IDEM, Marion County Soil & Water Conservation District, Habitat for Humanity, and Landworx eagerly shared their knowledge of rain gardens, plants, and project funding with those in the audience. Attendees also heard from new homeowners about their experiences.

This rain garden was funded in part through the EPA’s 319 Grant Program for the Lower Fall Creek Watershed Management Plan that John Hazlett at Marion County Soil & Water Conservation District has worked on since 2017. The 319 Grant was awarded in 2025.

LandWorx is thrilled that one of our projects was the recipient of this funding and showcased as an example of stormwater and environmental stewardship.

The White River needs us, and this is one of the most beautiful times of year to be on it. 🍂🛶

Join us on Saturday, October 3rd for a White River Canoe Cleanup, launching right from Frank's Paddlesports Livery in Indianapolis. We'll paddle the river from 12–4:30pm, pulling trash, debris, and illegal dumping from the water, islands, and banks along the way. After this summer's historic flooding, there is no shortage of work to do, and no better way to give back to the river that connects our communities.

Comfortable paddlers are encouraged to register. All canoes, paddles, life jackets, and cleanup supplies are provided, plus snacks and drinks to keep you going on the water.
