First and foremost, I want to personally thank each and every one of you for the trust, loyalty, and support you have shown Maloney’s Mowing LLC throughout the years. Building relationships with our clients has always been one of the most important parts of this business, and I truly appreciate the opportunity we’ve had to serve your properties and families.

As many of you know, businesses grow and evolve over time, and after careful consideration, Maloney’s Mowing LLC is beginning a professional transition process involving certain lawn care and landscaping accounts. This transition is being handled carefully and thoughtfully because maintaining quality service and protecting the relationships we have built with our clients remains extremely important to me.

During this transition, Green Valley Services Lawncare LLC will begin assisting with and eventually taking over servicing of select accounts. This is not a random or rushed decision. I have taken time to personally communicate and work with them because I want to ensure that the clients we have built relationships with continue receiving dependable, professional, and quality service moving forward.

To help make this process smooth and comfortable for everyone, I will personally assist with the transition by introducing clients, helping coordinate services, and assisting during the beginning stages of the transfer process. The goal is to make sure customers feel informed, respected, and comfortable throughout the transition period.

Please understand that this transition does not change the appreciation and respect I have for every client who helped build Maloney’s Mowing LLC into what it is today. Your support has meant a great deal to me, my family, and our company over the years.

Green Valley Services Lawncare LLC has agreed to work closely with us during this transition process to help maintain service quality, communication, professionalism, and reliability. I ask that you give them the same opportunity and respect you gave our company over the years as they work to continue taking care of your property needs.

Maloney’s Mowing LLC – Seasonal Operations & Payment Policy

Effective Year: 2025–2026

Maloney’s Mowing LLC proudly operates as a seasonal property maintenance company, serving Southeast Kansas from March through November each year.

During the winter months (December through February), we will be closed for seasonal rest, equipment servicing, and family time.
No snow removal or winter maintenance services will be offered during this period.

• Spring Startup: Mid-March
• Active Season: March – November
• Fall Cleanup: October – November
• Winter Closure: December – February

💵 Payment Policy (Effective Immediately)

To simplify business operations and eliminate unnecessary processing fees, Maloney’s Mowing LLC will no longer accept credit or debit card payments.

Accepted Payment Methods:
✅ Cash
✅ Check (payable to Maloney’s Mowing LLC)
✅ ACH Bank Transfer (preferred for commercial clients)
✅ Cash App – $MaloneysMowingLLC
✅ Zelle (available upon request)

All services are pay-before-service or pay-at-completion.
Deposits are required for larger projects or commercial contracts.

Starting in 2026, all customers will be billed per service, not per month, unless they are receiving SSI or SSD benefits, in which case monthly billing may be approved by management.

Failure to pay prior to or at the time of service will result in the property not being mowed or serviced.
Clients with unpaid balances will be removed from the service schedule until full payment is received.

This policy ensures fairness, efficiency, and transparency for all clients.
